• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into technical specs.
• Ability to map and document business processes and workflows.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms and governance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for assigned business units’ stakeholders.
• Run requirements-gathering, testing, and feedback sessions with end users and mid-level stakeholders.
• Build and maintain business systems, automations, and workflows.
• Write specs for integrations with internal Sony Music systems with guidance from Sr. Specialist/Architect.
• Support data migrations for assigned business units.
• Coordinate across time zones with global team members.
