Job summary

Sony Music Entertainment is seeking a Business Solutions Specialist to partner with multiple business units across US and international markets. You will drive requirements gathering, build automations, and write integration specs while collaborating with a Senior Specialist and Architect on architectural decisions.

You will support data migrations, train end users on AI tools, and ensure governance and privacy standards are followed, coordinating across time zones and playbooks to enable

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in business/systems analysis in an enterprise setting.
• Comfortable running point with business unit stakeholders on day-to-day requirements and testing.
• Solid process-mapping and documentation skills.
• Tool-agnostic and eager to learn new platforms as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned business units' stakeholders.
• Run requirements-gathering, testing, and feedback sessions with end users and mid-level stakeholders.
• Build and maintain business systems, automations, and workflows.
• Write specs for integrations with internal Sony Music systems, with support from the Senior Specialist/Architect.
• Support data migrations for assigned business units.
• Escalate bigger technical or architectural questions rather than solving solo.
• Identify power users within each business unit to extend training to their team.
• Run basic training sessions and office hours on using AI tools and gather adoption feedback.
• Track adoption/usage and report outcomes.
• Follow governance, privacy, and compliance guardrails; raise questions as needed.
