Job summary

Sony Music Entertainment seeks a Senior Business Solutions Specialist to own the full solution lifecycle for a portfolio spanning US and international markets. You will collaborate with label, marketing and release teams, mentor the NYC Specialist group, and lead discovery through delivery with governance and security in mind.

You’ll drive data-driven improvements, write integration specs, manage migrations, and enable business users with AI tools to solve recurring problems at scale.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in business/systems analysis or enterprise no-code/low-code administration
• Ability to run point with senior stakeholders
• Strong requirements gathering and process-mapping skills
• Experience with data migrations
• Experience leading change adoption or user enablement

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned business units
• Run discovery, scoping, and requirements sessions independently
• Build and maintain business systems, automations, and workflows
• Write specs for integrations with internal Sony Music systems
• Lead data migrations for assigned business units
• Test solutions with end users and incorporate feedback quickly
• Share best practices and develop repeatable patterns
• Escalate architecture questions to the Architect
• Centralize and standardize workflows across BUs
• Lead enablement and training for AI tools
• Define success metrics and use data to drive iteration
• Ensure governance, privacy, security, and compliance alignment
