Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years as a Business Architect or similar IT role
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Visio, strong analytical abilities
Pega Cloud Systems expertise and knowledge of system architecture best practices
Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Partner with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality deliverables across all delivery phases.
Develop and maintain system documentation and process flow diagrams.
Support backlog maintenance including prioritization and refinement of stories and epics.
Identify new processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of systems.
