Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 to 7 years of Business Analysis experience in P&C insurance operations, processes, and solutions.
• Guidewire knowledge and experience is ideal.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply acquired knowledge essential to the position.
• Robust communication skills through written and verbal communication, with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Aptitude to promote and foster teamwork and a collaborative work-environment.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Represent business stakeholders in defining and prioritizing initiatives, projects, and efforts within CIG.
• Facilitate design, development, and deployment of solutions, tools, and processes for policy administration, billing, sales, and customer portal.
• Identify and recommend requirements for complex business projects with Stakeholders and colleagues.
