About the Role: The Senior Business Solution Analyst II will collaborate with the Business Architecture Solution Design team, Process Owners, and Business Stakeholders (Underwriting, Product, Claims, and Operations) to understand insurance business processes and identify system needs. The role involves working closely with Everest technology colleagues to understand system capabilities, defining scope, supporting IT sizing, and writing business system requirements to meet delivery timelines. The Business Solution Analyst II will adhere to Business Architecture processes and artifact standards. This position is based in Warren, NJ, on a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

Knowledge and Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis for technology solutions
• Experience with Agile methodologies, practices, and artifacts
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and ability to translate business needs into technology solutions
• Acts as a liaison between business and technical teams for planning, analysis, and problem-solving
• Manages and prepares system backlog for prioritization
• Leads requirement elicitation sessions and creates detailed business requirement documents with stakeholder signoff
• Creates functional frameworks in Jira and manages requirement delivery following Agile best practices
• Ability to analyze and document complex business, workflow, and technology processes
• Supports UAT and operational test planning activities
• Understanding and documenting system integrations within the insurance ecosystem
