Senior IT Business Systems Analyst

Location: Fully Remote | Up to 50% Travel

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to join a forward-thinking team. If you're a strategic thinker with a strong ERP background and a passion for solving complex business problems with technology, this role is for you.

About the Role:

This position serves as the critical link between business leaders and IT service providers—driving digital transformation, aligning technology solutions with business goals, and managing impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and design innovative system solutions
• Conduct system testing, user training, and ongoing support
• Maintain and enhance business applications
• Lead and manage technology projects as a subject matter expert
• Provide mentorship to team members and assess project feasibility
• Ensure timely resolution of production issues and administer system changes

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 4–6 years of experience supporting business applications
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, especially JD Edwards (JDE)
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Preferred:

• Experience with JDE Business Functions and modules (Finance, Job Cost, Billing, etc.)
• Familiarity with third-party integrations with JDE E1
• IIBA certifications and/or project management experience

Travel: Up to 50% to company or client locations

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 15 pounds
• Work may take place in both indoor and outdoor environments
