Job summary

DEW Softech Inc is seeking a Business Subject Matter Expert / Senior BA for the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities project in Trenton, NJ, with remote work options. The project involves building an enterprise electronic health record and requires strong domain and technical analysis.

The role combines consulting, requirement elicitation, user story development, wireframing, UAT scripting, and data analysis within a Scrum environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL Server relational databases (5+ years).
• 5 years in SCRUM and AGILE environments.
• 5 years IT Business Analysis in an application development setting.
• 5 years writing user stories and developing workflows.
• 5 years creating GUI wireframes and UAT scripts.
• Experience with JIRA or similar AGILE tools.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine needs and propose technical solutions.
• Develop user stories, wireframes, workflows and requirement artifacts.
• Develop and execute user acceptance testing scripts.
• Perform tier 2/3 trouble ticket resolutions.
• Conduct advanced data analysis and coordinate data cleanup.
• Participate in scrum teams as SME or product owner.
• Engage in story grooming and backlog sessions.
