Job summary
Mbi LLC is seeking a Business Subject Matter Expert / Business Analyst to join the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities in a Scrum environment. You will consult with clients, define needs, and develop artifacts like wireframes and workflows while participating in backlog grooming.
Responsibilities include UAT development and testing, advanced data analysis, and tier 2/3 issue resolution, reporting through the PMO Manager. PMP is highly desirable for this role.
Qualifications
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server).
- Experience working in SCRUM environment.
- Experience with AGILE/SCRUM tools (JIRA or similar).
- IT Business Analysis in an Application Development environment.
- Proficiency with MS Visio.
- Proficiency writing User Stories.
- Experience creating business and systems workflow diagrams.
- Experience creating GUI Wireframes.
- Experience writing User Acceptance Test scripts.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to determine needs and propose technical solutions.
- Develop wireframes, workflows and other requirement artifacts.
- Develop user acceptance testing scripts and perform UAT.
- Perform tier 2 and tier 3 trouble ticket resolutions.
- Perform advanced data analysis.
- Participate in scrum teams as SME or product owner.
- Participate in story grooming and product backlog grooming sessions.
- This position reports through the PMO Manager.
