Job summary

JRN Associates seeks a business analyst with healthcare domain experience to develop BRDs and TRDs, scope management, and front-end prototyping (Visio or similar tools). You will translate business needs into defined specifications and guide projects through development, testing, and deployment.

The role requires hands-on experience in documenting BRD/TRD, capturing technical changes, and ensuring projects stay within defined scope while collaborating with cross-functional teams in Newark, NJ.

Healthcare experience is a must.

Provider Systems, Claims, Healthcare Data, Governance in Healthcare, would be a big plus.

MUST: Candidate needs to be able to generate BRD, TRD and thru testing and deployment. Will likely involve need to do front end prototyping (Visio or more sophisticated tools).
