Job summary
Columbia Bank in Spokane, WA seeks a Business Resilience expert to lead regulatory and operational risk management activities across the bank. You’ll partner with stakeholders to implement mitigation strategies, monitor risks, and support disaster recovery planning and incident response.

Qualifications
- 4-7 years of risk management, emergency management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and/or safety experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or other applicable discipline preferred.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of business continuity concepts, risk assessment, recovery procedures, incident and crisis response and management.
- Knowledge of resiliency concepts and regulatory considerations; applicable to diverse situations.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with SharePoint, GRC, and related tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead risk management initiatives and cross-functional projects across risk disciplines.
- Develop and monitor mitigation strategies, trainings, and testing for resiliency programs.
- Assist with incident, crisis, and disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Analyze complex risk assessments and dependency mappings to improve enterprise resiliency.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and stay current with banking regulations.
