Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in operational resilience, risk, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise resilience assessments, mapping, and scenario testing.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. Operational Resilience program and drive continuous improvements.
• Coordinate resilience activities with business partners and governance bodies.
• Engage Directors and senior stakeholders to drive timely resilience deliverables.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand products, processes and dependencies.
• Lead resilience workshops, challenge sessions, and governance discussions.
• Drive remediation of resilience issues and scenario testing outcomes.
• Support regulatory reporting and program maturity assessments.
• Collaborate with Risk, IT, Third-Party Risk, and Recovery teams.
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Coach resilience professionals and promote best practices.
