Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Ability to deliver comprehensive and customized solutions meeting client needs while monitoring market trends.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of approximately 80-100 business clients with annual revenue >$5MM; provide deposit and cash management solutions and manage credit opportunities up to ~$15MM.
• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients with tailored banking solutions.
• Identify and promote solutions leveraging knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management.
• Conduct in-person/virtual calls with clients, referrals, and centers of influence to cultivate primary banking relationships.
• Understand owners' personal financial goals and coordinate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank for appropriate solutions.
