• Balance client needs with firm risk and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, retain and deepen a portfolio of ~40 clients and ~60 prospects with >$3M revenue.
• Provide deposit, cash management, and credit solutions up to $15M; support big credit deals.
• Deliver customized banking solutions and outstanding client experience.
• Grow the portfolio via referrals and networks to expand primary banking relationships.
• Partner with internal teams to onboard clients and deliver end-to-end services.
• Maintain risk controls and regulatory compliance in daily activities.
