QBE North America is seeking a QA/Business Analysis professional to act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. This hybrid role requires in-office presence 3 days a week and offers a salary range of $91,000 to $136,000.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience in a quality assurance function, preferably designing automated test solutions for web apps, APIs, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes, systems, and workflows to identify defects and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to elicit requirements and design solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Manage assigned work, prioritize tasks, and ensure accuracy and testability of requirements.
• Define testing scope, risks, and create test cases aligned with requirements.
• Collaborate with QA, development, and project teams to complete testing plans.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to facilitate change and support business needs.
• Recommend and design technology solutions to solve business challenges.
• Seek education opportunities to advance development and research new technologies.
• Participate in policy development early to consider factors affecting quality and compliance.
• Facilitate QA by creating test models, tracking defects, and reporting progress.
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards.
