Collaboration with cross‑functional teams, ensuring traceability, and driving readiness and training are key aspects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business analysis within healthcare/insurance, excellent communication, and proficient use of data flow

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience, healthcare/insurance focus.
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements for complex healthcare initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in high‑pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements for complex initiatives.
• Develop requirements approaches and management plans aligned to project plans.
• Communicate and validate requirements with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Maintain requirements traceability and support training and post‑implementation reviews.
• Design and conduct post‑implementation audits and capture feedback for improvements.
