Job summary

Inservco Insurances Services, Inc. seeks a Manager, Inservco Business Process (Finance) to lead strategic process improvements, manage complex projects, and enhance service quality and profitability across Inservco operations.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record in project management and staff development, with experience in insurance operations preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar discipline preferred.
• Continuing education in insurance-related courses preferred.
• Project Management Certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a business environment (P&C preferred).
• Prior project management experience required (5 years).
• Prior supervisory experience preferred; or leadership of cross-functional teams (3–5+ years).

Responsibilities

• Monitors and manages support staff work for Inservco systems, QA, SLAs, and training.
• Directs staff performance objectives and monitors outcomes.
• Leads with clear communication in staff meetings and one-on-one discussions.
• Collaborates with clients on projects to showcase Inservco capabilities and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversees large, complex projects, defining requirements and resources.
• Manages data transfers and reporting for state contracts to meet SLAs.
