Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field; four years’ experience may substitute for degree.
• 2+ years experience in process improvements, business operations, cross-functional processes, tools and reporting.
• Lean Six Sigma and/or demonstrated process improvement expertise a plus.
• MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint skills are desirable.
• Knowledge of ERP, BI systems, and process documentation.
• Ability to document complex business processes and interface with all organizational levels.
• Experience with Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle and data-driven decision making.
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Assist projects to transform current business processes to meet company goals and deliver business value.
• Document as-is and future processes and justify business cases for improvements.
• Define KPIs and support scorecards, reports, and dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and track action plans with root-cause analysis.
