Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a Business Process Analyst II/III to lead system projects across ERP, WMS, and TMS, driving improvements from concept to completion. The role partners with IT, manufacturing, and business units to optimize processes, reduce waste and accelerate throughput.

You will manage multiple initiatives, develop requirements, and mentor other analysts while applying lean principles and certs, including Lean Leader Certification. On-site work in Schofield, WI is expected.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience required.
• SAP (ERP) experience required.
• Systems, Engineering, or Manufacturing background, as well as familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts required.
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is required.
• Integrated knowledge of areas that support the quote-to-cash process required.
• Expected to complete internal Lean Leader Certification.
• 4 Year / bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of job experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Business Unit Managers to develop, manage, lead, prioritize and support an on-going list of system related projects through lifecycle.
• Define bottlenecks, standardize and/or enhance processes to eliminate human error.
• Partner with Corporate IT to define system requirements and lead change management within the business unit.
• Communicate programming needs to the centralized IT department and implement changes efficiently.
• Translate business requirements into system specifications and audit existing processes and training.
• Provide technical support for current systems with emphasis on manufacturing and order-to-cash processes (ERP, WMS, TMS).
• Develop processes and documentation to enhance cost, quality and customer service; ensure safety/compliance.
• Mentor analysts and potentially supervise staff; support performance processes.
• Identify, design and maintain dashboards and data pipelines across ERP, WMS, TMS; deliver meaningful narratives.
• Identify, pilot and embed AI and analytics tools into daily operations.
