Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or 5+ years in related field.
• Experience in data analysis, project management, consulting, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent critical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information.
• Strong, self-motivated team player.

Responsibilities

• Drive data‑driven decision making with analytics and dashboards.
• Lead process analysis and optimization of claims workflows.
• Own end‑to‑end initiatives from data collection through recommendations and presentation.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support product portfolio, pricing analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or re‑engineering techniques.
• Develop and track performance metrics and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Perform cost‑benefit and ROI analyses to quantify value of proposed solutions.
• Communicate progress and insights to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Document technical workflows and end‑to‑end operations processes.
