Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Title: Technical Lead - Business Process Analyst II

Location: Biweekly 1x in Dublin, CA (REMOTE with Fresno area preferred)

Pay rate: $50 - $60/hr

Duration: 12 month contract with extensions

Interview Process: 1 Round virtually

• Experience with strategic planning, innovation, and execution (program management)
• Experience with Technical Writing and understanding how to create change in policies and procedures
• Experience running meetings with executives and providing updates on deliverables
• Synthesizing information from meetings and building that content into a PowerPoint deck (ability to present)

Job Description

We are looking for a Program Manager to work for a leader in the utility industry. In this role, you will support the leadership's vision, presenting on future state operations and executing strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities include interviewing stakeholders, understanding and improving processes, process mapping in Visio, updating guidance documents, and developing job aids. You will participate in leadership meetings, provide updates on strategy, and monitor progress on key initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee large cross-functional projects, analyze data, present options, and facilitate updates on governance programs. Priorities include initiating scheduling pilots, reworking process flows, enhancing job aids, managing status updates from SAP, building a shared repository, structuring team data, and tracking KPIs for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter ready to hit the ground running.
