Job summary

Dominion Energy is seeking a Senior/Business Performance Analyst to evaluate and optimize disbursement operations across finance and treasury. You will transform financial and transactional data into actionable insights, helping leadership decision-making and internal controls.

You will build and monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and identify improvement opportunities in payments, reimbursements, and vendor spend.

Qualifications

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial acumen.
Experience analyzing operational, financial, accounting, or transaction data.
Ability to develop meaningful performance metrics and communicate findings to management.
Strong proficiency with Excel and reporting/analytical tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functional organizations.
Understanding of internal controls and financial processes.

Responsibilities

Evaluate operational and financial performance across Corporate Disbursements.
Develop and monitor KPIs; analyze trends and gaps.
Identify opportunities to improve payment operations, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
Provide analytical support across Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and related functions.
Support automation, data visualization, predictive analytics, and AI for management reporting.
