Dominion Energy is seeking a Senior Business Performance Analyst to evaluate operational and financial performance across Corporate Disbursements and transform data into actionable insights that drive leadership decisions and continuous improvement.

You will develop and monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and collaborate across Finance, Treasury, Accounts Payable/Receivable, IT, and Supply Chain to improve payment operations, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of relevant experience in directly related field; Master’s degree counts as one year toward experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial acumen with ability to develop meaningful performance metrics.
• Experience enabling cross-functional collaboration and communicating findings to management.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate operational and financial performance across Corporate Disbursements.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators and analyze trends and exceptions.
• Identify performance gaps and opportunities to improve payment operations, reimbursements, and related processes.
• Support automation, data visualization, predictive analytics, and management reporting.
