Specialty Restaurants is seeking a Director of Operations to lead our dining venues in and around Los Angeles, CA. The role demands a visionary leader who can develop high-performing teams, maintain top-tier guest experiences, and drive profitability while upholding brand standards.

This full-time, on-site position requires deep hospitality expertise, strong financial acumen, and the ability to mentor general managers across locations to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in upscale, polished and/or fine-dining full-service restaurant management (at least 3 at GM level).
• Overseeing multi-unit leadership with substantial revenue responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations in and around Los Angeles, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Mentor and develop General Managers and teams to maintain service excellence and operational consistency.
• Drive profitability by analyzing financials, budgeting, cost control, and revenue strategies.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and guest experience across locations.
