The role focuses on administrative coordination for the EIS leadership team, including calendar management, travel planning, room bookings, and meeting support. You will also maintain SharePoint handbooks, support governance processes, and help produce EIS dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• University degree with <1 year of professional experience or completion of a formal development program.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate calendars for EIS leadership team, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, lodging, and detailed itineraries.
• Book meeting rooms and manage A/V/tech needs; coordinate meal orders.
• Lead handbook/resource maintenance in SharePoint to improve accessibility and consistency.
• Support governance and weekly distribution list maintenance; assist in quarterly audits.
• Assist in creating and maintaining EIS reporting dashboards and regular reports.
