PNC is seeking a Business Experience Plan Advisor Sr to join the Fiscal Governance team. This role supports budgeting, expense governance, and headcount processes across multiple lines of business and regions. You will produce executive reports, dashboards, and insights for CIO leadership.

Based in multiple U.S. locations including Birmingham, this in-office position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strong analytical skills, and effective communication with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Strong budgeting, forecasting and expense governance understanding.
• Skilled in data interpretation, trend analysis, and executive-level reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and reporting/analytical tools.
• Effective communication to influence and support leadership, plus ability to present to executives.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in a CIO-support, tech-driven or enterprise operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct expense governance and tracking for internal and external costs.
• Manage internal headcount processes, requisitions, cost-center transfers, and reporting.
• Lead monthly CIO leadership reviews and provide weekly staffing metrics and timesheet compliance.
• Deliver monthly analyses on direct expense drivers and KPI scorecards for leadership.
• Support annual operating planning (AOP) and governance processes and create executive reports.
