Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Experience & Planning Specialist within its Technology organization. Based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH, you will balance communications, event planning, and project coordination to drive awareness and engagement of strategic initiatives.

You will work with business leaders and Corporate Communications to craft clear messaging and support organization-wide projects in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting communications, engagement, workforce enablement, event planning, or project coordination initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations and presentation materials.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing communication plans for organizational initiatives.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Technology Communications to deliver messaging.
• Draft, edit, and distribute emails, newsletters, reminders, and leadership messages.
• Coordinate BAU communications, including weekly updates and quarterly training communications.
• Prepare presentation materials for leadership meetings and employee events.
• Manage meeting logistics, invitations, agendas, and follow-up activities.
