Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Experience & Planning Specialist in our Technology organization, located in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. The role balances communications, event planning, and project coordination to drive awareness and adoption of strategic initiatives.

This position focuses on workforce enablement, executive communications, and cross-functional collaboration with Corporate and Technology Communications teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting communications, engagement, workforce enablement, event planning, or project coordination initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations and presentation materials.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of communication plans for organizational initiatives, programs, and projects within the organization.
• Partner with Corporate Communications and Technology Communications teams to deliver messaging across audiences.
• Draft, edit, and distribute communications including emails, newsletters, reminders, leadership messages, event promotions, and training announcements.
• Coordinate BAU communications like weekly updates and newsletters.
• Assist in developing materials to explain initiatives and impact to stakeholders.
