Rocket Money is seeking a results-driven Business Operations professional to coordinate cross-functional processes, maintain performance reporting, and translate business needs into actionable insights. You will partner with data teams, optimize workflows, and drive alignment across stakeholders while identifying automation opportunities to scale operations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in business operations, program management, consulting, or cross-functional execution in tech/fintech.
• Ability to own outcomes from start to finish and see initiatives through.
• Systems-minded with ability to diagnose root causes and design scalable solutions.
• Comfortable working with data and BI tools like Looker to translate questions into insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate reporting on company performance, KPIs, and automate workflows.
• Partner with Data team to build systems answering key business questions.
• Build relationships across business to resolve blockers and keep work moving.
• Identify recurring friction and improve underlying processes.
• Manage vendor renewals and weekly status communications.
• Ensure OKRs and operating rhythms are updated and visible.
