Vaxcyte, Inc. is seeking a Director, Supply Chain, ERP Transformation to lead end-to-end Plan-to-Deliver and P2P transformations as it moves from clinical-stage to commercial biotech.

You will design scalable processes and ensure tight ERP integration across planning, procurement, logistics and quality release, guiding a cross-functional team through change. The ideal candidate has deep supply chain expertise, proven transformation leadership, and a track record of delivering integrated business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, quality in biotech preferred.
• Proven senior management experience with business process ownership and ERP programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Plan-to-Deliver and Direct Procure-to-Pay value streams.
• Lead design and standardization of scalable, compliant supply chain processes.
• Act as a change leader driving transformational initiatives.
• Ensure processes and ERP capabilities are integrated and aligned.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across multiple functions.
• Define and implement a data governance framework.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee SOPs and documentation for regulatory readiness.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing, diverse team.
• Collaborate with executives to align ERP with business strategy.
