Job summary

WHOOP is seeking a Senior Business Operations Program Manager to join the Business Operations team in Boston. The role sits at the intersection of operational strategy and program management, leading high-priority cross-functional workstreams from planning through execution.

You will partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Hardware, Quality, Membership Services, and Business Systems to solve operational challenges and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategic program management, management consulting, or operational strategy.
• Experience partnering with manufacturing, supply chain, hardware, quality, or memberships to drive impact.
• Proficient with project management tools and data-driven storytelling to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop operational strategies for new product launches and international expansion (cross-functional).
• Lead high-priority programs from planning through execution with measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain project plans, cadences, and status reporting for leadership visibility.
• Identify risks early and drive issues to resolution with minimal guidance.

• WHOOP is hiring a Senior Business Operations Program Manager to join the Business Operations team within our broader Operations organization
• This role sits at the intersection of operational strategy and program management, leading high-priority cross functional workstreams initiatives from planning through to execution
• You will partner closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Hardware, Quality, Membership Services, and Business Systems to solve operational challenges and deliver measurable business impact
• Example initiatives include: Developing operational strategies for new product launches, enabling international market expansion, evaluating new business models and their operational implications, and building scalable processes to support organizational growth
• Lead strategic operational initiatives from problem definition through execution, developing recommendations, aligning stakeholders, and driving measurable outcomes
• Partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Hardware, Quality, Membership Services, and Business Systems to coordinate initiative execution and improve operational performance
• Build and maintain project plans, operating cadences, status reporting, and documentation that enable teams to execute effectively
• Structure ambiguous business problems, analyze data, and evaluate strategic trade-offs to develop actionable recommendations and scalable operational solutions
• Identify execution risks early, develop mitigation plans, and independently drive issues to resolution with minimal guidance
