Job summary

The Boeing Company is recruiting for a Senior Program Management role based in Tulsa, OK. The position focuses on contributing to proposals, EAC, earned value analysis, and delivering executive-level briefing packages to support Spirit Commercial and Boeing leadership.

You will coordinate cross-functional inputs, develop data-driven reports, and help shape milestones and business cases across multiple functions. A strong analytics background and superb presentation skills are required.

Qualifications

10+ years’ related experience with a Bachelors or 7 years experience with a Masters
Degree in Business or Finance or related field
Business Perspective / Business Acumen / Analytics
Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel Skills (V-lookup, H-lookup, pivot tables, advanced formulas, charting, etc.)
Detail oriented and a self-starter with strong written, including executive level presentations, and oral communication skill

Responsibilities

Coordinate preliminary meetings (dry runs) and integrate functional inputs (finance, supply chain management, operations, etc.)
Develop data charts and reports, executive level briefing package, and conduct final reviews with executive leadership team
Compile and analyze operational and finance metrics to support senior leadership in data-informed decisions
Design and continuously improve reporting and analytics processes
