Job summary

Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. is seeking a senior program analyst to lead proposal management, EAC, earned value, milestones and the program checkbook, coordinating inputs from finance, supply chain, operations and other functions.

You will design and polish executive-level briefing packages, develop data charts and reports, and conduct final reviews with the leadership team. Expect advanced analytics, trend reporting and cross-functional collaboration to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

10+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 7+ years with a Master's.
Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
Business perspective / analytics and strong communication skills.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency with executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

Key contributor in proposal management, EAC, earned value, milestones and program checkbook.
Coordinate preliminary meetings, integrate inputs, develop executive briefing packages.
Compile and analyze operational and finance metrics for senior leadership decisions.
Design and improve reporting and analytics processes.
Collaborate with operations, finance, HR, quality and other managers for integrated EAC and milestones.
