Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. invites a seasoned analytics professional to coordinate the site executive briefing package. You will integrate inputs from finance, supply chain, and operations, develop clear data visuals, and present to executive leadership.

The role emphasizes analytics, reporting processes, and strategic storytelling for leadership reviews. You will leverage strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, deliver executive level presentations, and drive continuous improvement in reporting

Qualifications

10+ years of related experience in operations, analytics, or program support.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
Strong business acumen and analytics mindset.
Proficient with Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and package site executive briefing materials with cross-functional inputs (finance, supply chain, operations).
Develop data charts, reports, and executive level briefings; conduct final reviews with leadership.
Analyze operational and finance metrics to inform senior leadership decisions and business cases.
Design and continuously improve reporting and analytics processes across functions.
