Job summary

Aquent Talent seeks a meticulous operations professional to maintain and enhance the operational backbone for a global technology client. You’ll manage high-volume changes, align client portfolios and data, and support internal stakeholders to ensure accurate business processes.

You will review contracts, budgets, and project structures, anticipate overruns, and collaborate with project managers, auditors, and partners to keep initiatives on track. An 18-month assignment may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
• 8-10 years of experience in business operations, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Solid knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Proficiency in applying accounting and mathematical principles as needed.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
• Proficiency with standard office productivity software, including spreadsheet and word processing applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume change management, including client portfolio updates, personnel changes, leave of absence processing, and related data correction work.
• Review and approve contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.
• Approve project and work breakdown structures.
• Review and approve the documentation of business processes.
• Approve project budgets and expenditures, monitoring transaction controls and costs against budgets.
• Predict potential budget overruns and offer solutions.
• Consult with corporate offices, project managers, auditors, client, and sub-consultant representatives regarding future proposals.
• Prepare sub-agreements and review and input sub-consultant invoices to ensure contract compliance.
