• Four years of relevant work experience with business/unit operations and systems.
• Eight years of relevant experience for the consultant track with similar requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in projects to define business needs, scope modifications, and objectives through research and understanding of business functions and systems.
• Analyze and resolve routine to complex business/operational problems involving IT interfaces and vendor coordination.
• Oversee enhancements to new and existing processes or systems; gather requirements and coordinate resources.
• Develop functional requirements, policy interpretation, and future system needs; manage project phases and timelines.
• Create and maintain reports and ensure data integrity in all reporting aspects.
