Ursa Major Technologies in Washington, DC, seeks a Senior Business Operations Analyst to own day-to-day operations and to drive evaluation and execution of U.S. government and FMS opportunities.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and government sales, partnering with leadership to scale the DC footprint and commercial/government deals. You will build scalable processes, track opportunity pipelines, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and ensure timely reporting.
The future of aerospace and defense starts here.
Ursa Major was founded to revolutionize how America and its allies access and apply high-performance propulsion, from hypersonics to solid rocket motors, satellite maneuvering and launch. We design and deliver propulsion and defense systems that solve the most urgent and critical national security demands.
We are hiring a Senior Business Operations Analyst to own day-to-day business operations in support of our growing Washington presence and to drive evaluation and execution of U.S. government and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) opportunities. This is not an administrative role. You will work directly with leadership to assess commercial and government opportunities, support domestic and FMS sales efforts, manage operational workflows that enable deal flow, and build the processes needed as the company’s DC footprint and government business scale. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, business operations, and government sales.
We expect this hire to grow with the company. Candidates who want ownership over business operations, opportunity evaluation, and government sales support—and who can turn analysis into action—will find real runway here as Ursa Major expands its domestic and international customer base.
