Ursa Major is seeking a Business Development Specialist in Berthoud, Colorado to build and manage a multi-year SRM pipeline across aerospace and defense markets. The role offers a compensation range of $80,000 to $100,000 USD per year and requires a U.S. person eligible for a security clearance.

The successful candidate will drive bookings growth, develop risk-adjusted forecasts, and collaborate across portfolios to align business and technical teams with Ursa Major's strategic objectives.

Sub-Focus #1

• Bookings Growth. Performance will be assessed against SRM financial targets set by the executive leadership team in support of Ursa Major's growth plans.

Sub-Focus #2

• Multi-year SRM portfolio growth strategy, including robust pipeline development, risk adjusted forecast development and an unfactored forecast value that exceeds 300% of revenue targets for the forward 2 years.

Sub-Focus #3

• Cross-portfolio collaboration and internal alignment as assessed through product line operations and new business reviews, peer reviews and 360-degree feedback.

Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $80,000 - $100,000, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. What we can't quantify for you are the exciting challenges, supportive team, and amazing culture we enjoy.
