Job summary

Ursa Major in Colorado is seeking a Sr. Manager of SRM to drive bookings growth and align cross-functional teams on propulsion and defense systems. You will develop multi-year portfolio plans, forecast revenue, and build a robust pipeline with risk-adjusted projections.

Base compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with education, experience, and abilities. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance is required.

Sub-Focus #1

• Bookings Growth. Performance will be assessed against SRM financial targets set by the executive leadership team in support of Ursa Major’s growth plans.

Sub-Focus #2

• Multi-year SRM portfolio growth strategy, including robust pipeline development, risk adjusted forecast development and an unfactored forecast value that exceeds 300% of revenue targets for the forward 2 years.

Sub-Focus #3

• Cross-portfolio collaboration and internal alignment as assessed through product line operations and new business reviews, peer reviews and 360-degree feedback.

Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $80,000 - $100,000, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. What we can't quantify for you are the exciting challenges, supportive team, and amazing culture we enjoy.
