Job summary

Sedona Digital is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst to strengthen operational efficiency, data quality, and cross-functional effectiveness across the organization. You will translate business requirements into workflows, drive system improvements, and partner with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

In this role you will own key processes, support BAU activities, and help scale Sedona's operations while contributing to dashboards, SOPs, and ongoing optimization

Qualifications

• 5 years in business operations, business analysis or project management.
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment is a plus.
• Experience with IT Services organisations preferable.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or other ERP systems).
• Experience with CRM, workflow management and ITSM (HubSpot, Jira, ServiceNow).
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Intake & Workflow Administration: Manage operational intake and workflows to ensure timely, accurate execution.
• BAU Responsibilities: Support internal teams, monitor key metrics, and contribute to reporting and dashboards.
• Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement: Map, document and optimise processes; embed SOPs and drive change management.
• Data Management & Systems Support: Ensure data accuracy across key systems; participate in UAT for new features and dashboards.
• Cross Functional Coordination: Act as a central coordination point across teams; provide training and support.
• New Process & Operational Design: Partner with teams to improve processes and scale the business.

Your Role at Sedona Digital

The Senior Business Operations Analyst plays a key role in improving operational performance, data quality, and cross-functional effectiveness across Sedona Digital. The role combines business analysis, process optimisation, operational governance, and systems improvement, using data and business insight toidentifygaps, recommend solutions, and drive scalable improvements.

You will own and analyse key operational processes, translate business requirements into effective workflows and system enhancements, and partner with stakeholders across the organisation to improve efficiency, control, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Intake & Workflow Administration:Manage operational intake and workflows to ensuretimely,accurate, and efficient execution.Managerequestsend-to-end, ensuring correct setup and adherence to agreed turnaround times.
• BusinessasUsual(BAU) Responsibilities:You will support internal teams with BAU activities, helpmonitorkey operational metrics, elevate risks or inefficiencies, and contribute to reporting and dashboards that informdecision-makingand performance improvement.
• Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement:You will map, document, and optimise business processes,identifybottlenecks, and introduce scalable solutions. This includes defining and embedding SOPs and supporting change management initiatives as new tools, systems, and processes are introduced.
• Data Management & Systems Support:You will ensure data accuracy and completeness across key systems, manage andvalidatedata within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and support ongoing system enhancements, including participation in UAT for new features, dashboards, and supporting tools.
• Cross FunctionalCoordination:Act asa central pointof coordination across teams to support alignment and delivery.You will collaborateacross business functionsto align operationalneedsacting as a communication bridge forcross functionalinitiatives and providing training and support to teams using operational systems.
• New Process & Operational Design:You will partner with teams to improve processes, addressdataor operational issues, and ensure the business can scale without disruption.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• 5 years in business operations, businessanalysisorproject management role.

• Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment is a plus.

• Experiences IT Services organisationpreferable

• Experience withMicrosoft Business Central(or otherERP systems)
