POSITION TITLE: Senior Business Office Manager
REPORTS TO: Administrator with matrix reporting to Regional Business Office Consultant
STATUS: Non-Exempt
DIRECT REPORTS: None
ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:
To perform and oversee the successful and timely completion of all business office functions as prescribed by Center Business Office Policy and Procedure, resource manuals, and within state and federal regulations. Serve as a regional mentor and trainer for new Business Office Managers, providing guidance and support under the direction of the Regional Business Office Consultant and VP of Revenue Cycle. Promote an environment of operational efficiency, staff retention, and high-quality business office services.
