Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a proactive Associate Business Manager to support the Midwest Division and the Virtual Bank. You will help optimize performance, act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, and identify business risks to mitigate them effectively.

You will drive ad-hoc requests, organize strategic presentations, and manage multiple work streams while collaborating with global teams to streamline processes and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area.
• Experience in a COO or Business Management role.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
• Organize complex information with design excellence using Excel and PowerPoint; create mock-ups for management presentations, reports, dashboards.
• Communicate with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.
• Manage projects and deliver key work streams and tasks.
• Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers to simplify and improve processes.
• Prepare Divisional and Regional business review packages and attend field reviews.
• Contribute to divisional/national initiatives.
