Candidates should have 4–6 years of business litigation experience and a robust writing and research background; Indiana licensure or eligibility is required; the role offers a salary range of $175,000–$195,000 plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of business litigation experience.
• Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions.
• Familiarity with mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations.
• Familiarity with the construction industry preferred.
• Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Indiana licensure, or ability to timely obtain licensure.
