Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years of law firm experience in litigation, strong writing and analytical skills, and active Indiana bar membership. A JD from an accredited law school is required, with a hybrid work setup offered.

Responsibilities

• Engage in all phases of business litigation matters.
• Handle complex commercial litigation such as contracts and business torts.
• Participate in class actions, antitrust litigation, and governance disputes.
• Conduct discovery and e-discovery processes.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and oral arguments.
