Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of technical experience in data analysis or Master's degree with 3+ years
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
• Experience with large, complex datasets in big organizations
• Experience analyzing data to solve business problems and create data visualizations
• Understanding healthcare data
• Strong communication to senior/executive leadership
• Passionate about improving consumer experiences
• Experience in Product Management, ideally in a data engineering environment
• Process improvement expertise
