Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end BI solutions for our Global Specialty Recruiting team in Seattle. You will work with large data volumes, build scalable dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of SQL/ETL experience, strong scripting (Python), and a track record of delivering automated reporting in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of processing large, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards that will support our analytical and business needs
• Write high quality SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from database tables (ex. Redshift, MySQL, Oracle)
• Partner with business owners, tech and central teams to integrate machine-learning and automation into scaling our programs and processes
• Work on the cutting edge of GenAI/ML for proactive and predictive analytics to de-risk global recruiting and talent decisions
• Create forecasting models for workforce planning and organizational health data
