The GSR Data Analytics Team within GSR is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to join our team. The BIE will build new business intelligence solutions end-to-end for our global team. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical acumen and be comfortable drawing metric-based conclusions by managing an extensive amount of data. The successful candidate possesses superb business judgment, high degree of customer-obsession, with a track record for delivering results, team collaboration and strong analytical acumen.

Key job responsibilities

• Experience with theory and practice of design of experiments and statistical analysis of results
• Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with theory and practice of information retrieval, data science, machine learning and data mining
• 6+ years of as a Data Engineer, Business Intelligence Engineer or a related occupation experience
• 6+ years of using SQL, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), Data Warehouse experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs
• Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
