Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct technical analysis and develop reporting tools to provide insights that impact the organization.
2. Deliver complex, confidential transactional and operational analyses to support business goals.
3. Develop scalable analysis and reporting frameworks as a data expert.
4. Provide business performance analysis, reporting, and forecasting across the Lexia portfolio.
5. Utilize CRM, BI, and analytics tools to deliver insights that drive growth strategies, including trend analysis.
6. Leverage technology to support scalable solutions, best practices, and efficiency improvements.
7. Establish data and reporting standards to enhance confidence and expand capabilities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in sales, marketing, or business operations.
• Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), BI (Tableau), and Excel.
• Experience in creating dashboards, reports, and developing KPIs.
