Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Business Integration functional lead to operate from our San Antonio, TX office. The role supports the Integrated Defensive Cyber System mission, coordinating multiple deliverables and standardizing delivery across capabilities.

The incumbent will align projects with requirements, manage costs, and provide executive-ready reporting. The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting senior leaders, strong organizational skills, and is a US citizen with an active DoD

Qualifications

BS and 12+ years of relevant experience, or MS with 10+ years.
US Citizen with active DoD secret clearance.
Strong organizational, administrative, and coordination skills.
Experience supporting senior leaders and executive-level staff.
Experience documenting business processes and improving workflows.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

Develop project plans and deliverables aligned with requirements and PM principles.
Track program deliverables, deadlines, and leadership commitments for timely completion.
Monitor labor and procurement costs and drive efficiency across the program.
Support executive communications and ensure follow-through on actions.
Design, document, and continuously improve team processes and workflows.
Maintain SOPs and templates; track status, risks, and metrics.
