Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Executive to manage relationships with clients, prospects and carriers on the Business Insurance team. You will advise on risk and deliver solutions, guiding marketing and servicing for large accounts while arranging needed resources.

The role emphasizes expertise in loss-sensitive and captive programs. Ideal candidates bring a decade of insurance experience, required P&C license or plan to obtain within 90 days, and hold CPCU/CIC/ARM/AU or equivalent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Ten or more years’ experience in an insurance agency or brokerage environment.
• P&C license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Completed CPCU/CIC/ARM/AU designation or demonstrated equivalent knowledge.
• Experience with Agency Management Systems.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients, prospects, and carriers.
• Advise and consult to assess risks and provide innovative solutions.
• Guide marketing, servicing and retention of larger accounts.
• Determine resources to support clients and prospects (Claims, Risk Control, etc.).

Skills

Bachelor's degree in business/related

10+ years insurance experience

P&C license (or ability to obtain 90d)

CPCU/CIC/ARM/AU designation or equiv.
